A beautiful day

It sure has been hot today ..... even at 10am it was 20C.

It was fairly busy up at the Heritage Park and the playpark was open so there were plenty of toddlers having a wonderful time on the swings and chute.

A bit of a zig zag walk as I walked more quickly than most of the other pedestrians.  I don't often photograph the view from the top of the loch but today I was struck by the fields which had been given a very neat hair cut.

Then I spotted the tiny dark spots which turned out to be herons just standing near the fence. I have never seen herons there before so did a bit of zooming and took a couple of pics. The quality is not too good but I couldn't resist adding the yoga pose as an extra.
