Lake

Did the lawns this morning before it got too hot. Actually it was too hot by the time I finished. Despite the increasing heat I decided to go for a walk down to the lake this afternoon for a Wide Wednesday image. No doubt spurred on by my blip yesterday of the elephant earrings mrsfb decided to stay at home and sort out her 'jewellery' drawers. I hardly saw anybody else about. As I neared home I thought I hadn't felt this hot since we had a holiday in Spain in June 2018. I could be in Spain I thought, at which point a Spanish reg sports car (Porsche I think) shot past. Very strange.

Update: decided to add an extra looking back the other way from the lake towards the dovecote.
