Run!

This morning my mum and I restarted our Couch to 5K. I've sporadically been trying during lockdown but failing for various reasons. Now we're each accountable to each other. For some unexplainable reason, she refused to get up and go for her run at 6:30 am too!

You don't need to see the tired shot I sent to her, taken at the half way point to prove I was out. So as I returned I paused at the bridge to snap a shot of the canal before the world woke up. I used to cross this bridge twice a day to work and back. Soon "normality" will return and that will be a thing again but for now, tiny steps to acclimatise.
