To Show Off Her Full Set Of Feathers

Up and out early to give China a stretch out in the school after yesterday’s physio session. He was moving comfortably but had lost a shoe, so farrier tomorrow.

I was home just in time for a socially distanced catch up with my friend A and her daughter M in our garden. They were really taken with our little flock of chickens and Cher was happy to show off her new full set of feathers. We think we now have two of the three hens laying as this morning saw an extra small, pale egg compared with Cher’s normal larger darker ones.
