New Car Day Today

The hedgerows around the village are looking lovely and lush and these wild roses are out in abundance.

New car day today and whilst I have been grateful to have Eldest’s 12 year old Suzuki Splash to potter about in, it is nice to get my new one. In my old job I had a company car for the last 25 years, but not in my new role, so it’s quite a thing for me to actually get a car myself, although the tax saving is huge! I wanted something that could tow my trailer without being too big so I went for a Seat Ateca, in grey/green and I am really pleased with it so far...just need to adapt to driving an automatic now !
