Ephemera

From swollen bud to this to falling petals was under 24 hours. Had to record it.

When not being seduced by peony-like pinkness we were working in the garden, clearing weeds: convolvulus, alkanet, bramble, buttercup, feverfew, ivy, etc. Then a restorative walk around the meadow I got locked into one evening eight years ago. It's now part of my neighbourhood so time to get to know it, and its closing times, a bit better.
