Xiao Long Bao

Pork xiao long bao (soup dumplings) with dipping sauce, blistered shashito peppers, and eggplant escabeche.

The dumplings are readymade frozen (I just had to steam them). We have a lot of dumpling restaurants in the area, and someone set up a kitchen and delivery service to help support restaurant workers who would otherwise be jobless during lockdown. The results are delicious (and much cheaper than getting them in a restaurant).
