Steak

Grilled steak, grilled corn, and eggplant escabeche. Wine: Matias Etchart Malbec Imagínate El Vino 2018.

The wine was the last bottle we brought back from our Beunos Aires trip. It is exquisite and I will miss it. It seemed appropriate to have with grilled steak, and I made my first attempt at replicating eggplant escabeche (a condiment we were served several times in Argentina which rather took us by surprise the first time).
