There was a very strong fragrance from the wild honeysuckle (Lonicera periclymenum) beside the footpath with bees enjoying the flowers.  The flower buds start as white and pale pink before turning a creamy yellow and then after they have been pollinated they turn a deep yellow.  The extra shows petals in the different stages.
