A new friend

Olive called in at lunchtime for a play date with Amber. It was the first time that they had met. A quick walk round the block on leads calmed them down, before they investigated the garden. 

Olive is a sweetie, loves everyone and food, also thinks that everyone loves her. She Is cheeky and pinched a biscuit out of my hand whilst I was talking. Teach me not to talk so much !!!

Amber was exhausted after the visit.

I pruned the roses that were battered by yesterday’s wind and rain and found a Vapourer moth caterpillar. I’ve only seen one before and blipped it on 27th August ‘16.
