Ready and waiting .....

...... for the water sports at Strathclyde Park to open up again. Meanwhile the ducks, geese and swans have the water to themselves.

Plenty of swans but only one little cygnet. I presume that most of the swans were last year’s cygnets and were too immature to breed yet.

Another lovely day but too hot for me this afternoon so gardening is on hold till things cool down a bit and the beasties stop biting.
