Red Heads

At last, today we had some heavy downpours of rain.  Andy got drenched on the morning dog walk which had to be aborted.  A day when working inside wasn't so bad.  I was up at 6am so had a bit more time than usual to relax, eat breakfast, do a meditation and watch the rain pouring down on to the grass before I started work.  That got my day off to a calmer start than is usual which felt quite an accomplishment.

The dock plants in the dog walking field look stunning with their red seed heads.
