Tent life

Campbell had to head south a few weeks back to move his stuff out of his student flat.

All went well but we decided that he should be quarantined in the tent in the garden for a week before being allowed in the house. His brother very kindly dug him an outside toilet round the back of the house, including surrounding it with old doors and pallets for some privacy in case the cows decided to be really nosey.

Quarantine was up about 2 weeks ago but he’s still out there. Says he sleeps better in the tent. He’s allowed in the house now but heads back out at night.

Only times he’s retreated to the house to sleep is when it’s rained heavily and he’s discovered the tents not that waterproof and one foggy night when he insisted that there was something walking round and round outside his tent grumbling and moaning....
