The Caiy Stane

A worse day than yesterday. A morning of persistent drizzle, so it's a good job I'm working. At lunchtime I manage a quick walk around the park.

After work and coffee, I need a longer walk, so my partner and I head up to the Caiy Stane. It's history, according to the plaque beside it, is a little confusing.

Get back to the house and work out a couple of after work cycle routes I can do while sticking to the safe exercising rules set out by the government. I also plan a shorter weekend ride for Sundays.
