Seascape
Met the son and saw his new corner sofa. But no bike - it’s found a new home. Then back before heading out again to meet the daughter and have a good natter round the leafy streets of Trinity and into Starbank Park. I fear she’s been a bit left out the loop, for which I was abjectly apologetic. I’m old! I’m a bloke! We prefer talking about inanimate objects. I’m not sure that’s really enough of an excuse, but it’s all I can really muster.
All the while the granddaughter nestled nicely in her borrowed papoose and burbled away. I’m already convinced she’s soothed by the sound of my voice. Yes, yes, I can send anyone off to sleep.
