Lotsa Lillipads

My neighbor and I have met for an early morning walk two times now.  We started on an inauspicious note, she is a devout Christian and I believe in spirituality and the presence of higher beings.  Her idea that we should talk about it over a morning walk.  Today we took a 2.5 hour walk and though we did speak of the beauty of nature and this lovely conservation area, we mostly meet on some level and enjoy beautiful sunny almost summer mornings.  We commiserate as parents.  We share lots of ideas and I'd say we're both benefiting from this time out.  We started out walking around the "block" on our dirt road and it was just too nice and too early to return home so we stopped at this 2 mile area that surrounds a great meadow, now swamp.  The birds were out and happy and the dogs had a blast running and chasing each other.  Her young puppy Timber (female) is Myles' girlfriend and he tries his best to keep up with her.  We'll have to go back to see ALL the lilies in bloom.
