Glencorse Burn

For my birthday walk we ended up at the Dalmore Mill site, taking an unfamiliar path which follows the Glencorse Burn, below trees and with a multitude of flowers of all sizes (extra 1), with birds singing, grey wagtails flitting and a fleeting glimpse of an otter.

After tea the younger Flums came over with a card the Flumlet had made from leaves and cones (extra 2).

Then it was time for our Zoom choir practice, which began unmuted and everyone singing Happy Birthday - a delightful tradition I had forgotten about.

So I've had a super day, and feel very much blessed with lovely friends and family.
