Brrr!!

I have resisted the temptation to go back to a sweatshirt during this colder spell of weather until today but resist no more, first thing this morning it was cold enough to put it back on, damn!!

Not much else to report today, tough yoga class this evening which must mean those stretches were necessary for me.
