4.50am.

No sign of the sun this morning.

Next to the fruit cage at my Wednesday customer's garden there is an area of nettles which I leave and today I saw fantastic results, hundreds of Red Admiral butterfly caterpillars munching away! I remember finding the same when I was a child and keeping them in a jar, picking fresh nettles everyday and then releasing the butterflies, maybe these are distant relatives of those earlier caterpillars.

After work I paid an unexpected visit to the lovely lady for a quick cuppa, it was great to say hi.
