Sunset on the View from my Gate

Went to collect my boy from a DND (Dungeons and Dragons) gathering in a friend's garden (was birthday of said friend). I admit I stepped out thinking 'oh heck I need blipfotos'. This friend lives down near the beach and it was a spectacular sunset as it turns out but the warm, russet light on this building outside my gate also pleased me.

I don't always look at that building appreciatively. It was a church. It is now a sheltered housing complex and a nursery. It's not that I don't like it but I don't really look at it. Tonight the sun's light (oh this was after 10pm) made it stand out.

My boy loved the gathering and was buzzing all the way home.
