Takeaway!

I went into Glasgow to see Katie today. We walked up to George Square and sat at opposite ends of a long bench in the sunshine chatting. There was a police presence there the whole time, two officers patrolling and at times two other police vans. I wondered if they were there to see if lockdown rules were being followed or to protect the statues! So we walked around the square checking who the statues were. We were impressed by the fact many were great scientists or literary figures.
As Katie walked back to her flat she took the opportunity to get some beer from Brew Dog. A first in lockdown!
