Is it a bird? ....

No! I spy Mia up the hawthorn tree, after having literally clawed her way up the fence on to it in an attempt to catch the young starlings. Not a chance! It was not the most accomplished fence scaling, more a scrabble. And the spiky hawthorn tree is not an easy one to climb through. The birds were long gone!
