Coolcoulaghta Standing Stones

A quick detour on the way to collect Rachel from Schull to see these standing stones, which are in alignment with a stone circle about a Kilometer away to the west. They really are quite a size, I had planned to walk in the late afternoon sun, maybe a sunset but as I left home the sun slid behind a big bank of cloud and the temperature dropped considerably. Off for a spot of table tennis tonight, that will keep me warm!
