New Squirrels

We got a surprise this morning. Not that red squirrels are a surprise in our garden but this very dark one was new to me. It came into the garden soon after the very light tailed one in Extras. 

Nice to now have 2 squirrels visiting. They're very lively and I'm assuming they're young. Now I'm really hoping they are the young from the drey whose mother was found dead in the garden earlier this year.

It's also been lovely to see our great tit youngsters in the garden being fed by their parents and helping themselves to the seeds.
