Two came for tea

This morning the children asked when they were coming to our house after school. They wanted to get back into the routine of coming as they always did before the world changed.
Now their mum works from home and their Dad isn’t working at the moment they had stopped after school visits.
So Wednesday routine has started once more and we collected them from school. School had a welcome back rainbow of balloons for the children when they went back on Monday and so we used it for today’s blip. Lots of changes at school, we could collect anytime in a 45 minute window. On PE day children go to school in PE kit. The children keep all bags with them all day at their work station so when we collected they were ready to go.

The day has been a bit damp but we made the most of it. This morning a quick scan at the hospital to check my stents were doing well. No emotion from the scan nurse so I’m left hoping and guessing its all ok.
We watched the super yacht Eminence come into the harbour this morning and saw three tankers come alongside to refuel it. Lots of stores were being taken aboard. Photo in extras. it apparently belongs to an American businessman. It has crew quarters for 19 and staterooms for 14 guests. Clearly our borders are not closed completely!
