C thoroughly enjoyed being back at school yesterday, and despite the early start, doors open from 8.10, she was up and ready in plenty of time to meet her best friend.

I was out soon after to me a friend for a dog walk and a very long overdue catch up whilst J got on with his school work.

J and I had a pre lunch run in Northcliffe, 5k run easily, and we were chatting all the way round.

A few chores done this afternoon while J was back working and then C was back home with a big grin on her face after another fab day at school!

Just to make sure I slept really well, Jenny & I did a 20k loop on the bikes having had to cancel Sunday's cycle.
