A safe distance...!

I have to admit to having a bit of a fear of walking across a field of cows (a big fear actually) They are beautiful animals but I like to admire them from a distance. Today on our walk, they were hefers and some young ones too, all happily munching away, so absolutely no need to fear them, and after we passed we stopped to appreciate them and the view.

I joined a Zoom Ladies Lunch earlier and it had been suggested we all make a jam jar flower arrangement to share of flowers and foliage from our gardens. My extra. I am reminded again of how few plant names I know! Others in the group were highly knowledgeable!

Good run first thing and much more pleasant in cooler temperatures.
