Very different flow...

in the river this week after the rain, chocolate coloured and racing. The fishermen will be pleased tomorrow. However, had a very pleasant walk, even if temperatures were in single figures all day.
The wildlife didn't seem to mind. The Common Gulls have young now and some were on the road. in as an extra now. Further on saw a Lapwing lift up leaving four tiny chicks. moved on quickly so she could return to them. Also, saw a Hen Harrier hunting and an Osprey.
