Meaty treat

I love my Dad! He’s my inspiration for all things foodie and I owe him full credit for passing on his love for all things chilli related.
He’s an absolute star in the kitchen but the best thing is when he gets fed up of his latest gadgets, he gives them to me!

My latest hand me down is this tagine and I’m proper excited to give it a go. I found a recipe for a beef pot roast, cooked low and slow (5 hours!!), so fingers crossed it comes out even more yummy than it looked after prep. Or it’s jam butties for tea :-0
