A morning walk along to get my medication. Day 1 of reducing. Eek. 

This afternoon walked to Inverleith Pond to see if the swans had any young ones. I was in for treat. There was a  Heron, one baby swan, Coots and their 3 babies. The pond was buzzing. 
Had bought a take away coffee along the way, so sat and watched everything happen while having coffee. 

13,000 steps and I was home.
