Is It Safe?

Corra testing the ice for any weaknesses with her trusty stick(view large for detail!). She decided it was not safe enough and instead stood on the shore and tried digging up the ice instead ;) Loki wanted to go out on it, as he hasn't yet perfected the stick test. He listened however when I told him not to and contented himself with snuffling around in some bushes instead. It was much colder today, but still beautiful and most of the snow has all melted away, yipee!! March is a short 4 weeks away and hopefully it will come in like a lamb.

Green Smoothies - Day 7
Scale didn't reflect any change, but I am feeling good. Had a huge salad for lunch - they are really enjoyable now! Instead of having to write a little blurb about my green smoothie foray daily, I am just going to be doing a week wrap-up on fridays. I am also going to listen to my very smart husband and only weigh myself once a week, this way the fluctuations won't get me so down and I won't think "Oh hey, it is working, it is okay if I have a little extra of x." because I do that and it is terrible. Seems like a plan. Have a great weekend everyone!
