Releasing Its Grip

The snow is receding after all this warm weather we've been having! It has been awesome only needing a sweater to go outside :) I had to head into the office today, so I took the dogs for a long morning walk. We found a pretty area with a mossy rock. The moment Corra knew this was photoshoot time, I couldn't keep her off the rock for poor ole' Loki -_- I had to keep throwing snowballs for her to 'fetch' and take some shots in between ;) Fooled that dog, yea!

Today is also Mason's 1st birthday - Happy Birthday little man!! (Check out my blip from last year - I didn't mean to do a moss one again! Strange how that happens ...)
Green Smoothies - Day 7
Down another half lb. I made my own pasta sauce Wed night - tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno pepper, tomato paste, basil, and oregano. Mmmm - so simple, so tasty. I never knew it was so easy to make your own sauce! So last night, I made my own dressing - it was also scrummy! This morning's smoothie was apple + lemon + pineapple + strawberries + blackberries + kale + spinach + flax seeds. It was pretty good - I took a huge thermos with me to work and chugged it during my morning meeting.
