FLOWER FRIDAY

My very first Blip, on April 5th, was of this climbing rose bush in glorious full bloom. (See EXTRA) We had a very wet, cool  Spring, which seemed to be the perfect weather for this plant, because it was covered in blooms.  Once the heat arrived, the blooms started to fade, & the show was quickly over.

Fast forward to June.  Now the climber is giving us a stunning, Summer
show of plentiful blooms, with a lovely fragrance. This time, I 
photographed an individual rose.  

I have become a fan!
