Spoonies Are Back!

This morning I headed over to the salt marsh because I had received reports that the Roseate Spoonbills had returned for the summer.
This area of the marsh, Inlet, and beach were only just reopened by the state a week or two ago so figured it was worth checking out.
There were actually several different bird species coming and going so it was somewhat interesting.
I’ll probably be going back in the coming days to see if I can track down a few of our alligator pals.
