Today's the day ………………………. to be up and running

Another visit today to Cally Gardens where everything, including Kevin Hughes, was looking much more cheerful.  The Nursery is now open to the public again - with all the relevant restrictions in place - and the garden volunteers have started back to give a much-needed helping hand.

The wonderful Himalayan Poppies are still going strong, although apparently they have not been enjoying the recent hot weather.  They don't mind the sun, but they like a bit of humidity in the air. 

Needless to say, we made a few purchases because we just can't resist  the interesting plants that are on offer.  And it was good to see things up and running again after lockdown ………………………..
