The robin.

We were the best friends of both a robin and a blackbird today. I spent the day helping RF with things horticultural, including clearing some more of one of the borders and this was a valuable for source for busy parent birds. They hardly let me step back from what I had just dug up before it was pounced on.

At the end of the day we were treated to a blackbird fledgling which had obviously just left the nest.

We've had a fun and productive day.
