Selfie with trees

 Golfers were out at 6am today on Bridge of Allan golf course , a neighbour told me, and the course has been busy all day. This is the first day its been open since lockdown.

After another day of sweltering heat, spent mainly in the garden listening to Digital Hay Festival, it was a welcome relief to go into Mine woods this evening for a walk.

Now I can appreciate " forest bathing".
