Macro malarkey!

Failed, again...

I'm not sure about this macro photography lark.

As you'll see focus is off and I'd used a shutter speed that's far too low. I'm not sure I'm cut out for this game as it needs more patience than I've got, clearly! Or not, in the case of my macro attempts.

I haven't got a clue what the invertebrate is that was the subject of my failings but he 'did one' and buzzed off shortly after. I also tried bees on the lavender but they're speedy little blighters!
