Ducklings

Another gloriously sunny day! Mum and I went for our walk in the morning, before it got too hot.

I fear these may be the same ducklings as I saw a few days ago when I was photographing the dragonflies. There were eight of them then - now there are two.... and rather a lot of feathers around :( 

The afternoon passed in a fairly leisurely manner, followed by an evening Zoom chat with friends from church. Another day in what has become the lockdown 'normal'. When we look back on these difficult times in the future, it will be strange that each memory is bathed in sunlight.
