I really thought today's blip would be from the WACA, (Western Australian Cricket Association) where the Aussies were playing the West Indies.

Scheduled for an eight hour day, finishing by 7pm, it was 'all over red rover' by 2.15pm! 'Windies' all out for 70 and the Aussies achieving 71 runs in 10 overs.
However, a fine experience sitting in the members' stand in the shade on a 38C+ day, sipping a beer and munching on a bacon and egg butty.

So back at S and R's city apartment, setting up for blip and was given this cute little ..fan!.. as a gift. Plugs into the USB, strobes away and yes, actually does the cool, fanning job as well.
And on an evening, which is still fearsomely warm, a cooler blip very warranted.
