Winding road (Day 1845)

A lovely, sunny, warm day today.
When my beautiful wife returned from work, we zoomed off to Stromness and got out a ride on the horses. HV chose the route which took us high up on the moors above Stromness. George was brilliant over very tough ground and doing all that was asked of him. Being out in a T-shirt meant I got a bit sunburnt.
Back home we collected the woofers and headed to Lyde for a wander before it was time for HV to head off to work again.
I spent the rest of the afternoon taming the lawn.
