Poppies

It has been a beautiful day here which we have largely spent in the garden. We have worked on the new desk table for Miss T. The top is now cut to size and the sanding has started. On the way to B&Q we noticed some poppies on the hill so on the way back we took some photos of them. Thankfully there was no queue at all and we were able to get some things that our son needed too.
This evening our daughter came with Victoria and brought a take away meal from Crabby Jacks Beach restaurant. We all enjoyed fish and chips and it was such a lovely change to have a take away meal.
The sun is still shining and so we may take a walk and watch the sun go down.
