Bread pudding

The online yoga online class was not too demanding this morning. After sending off some deliveries, I did a longer walk around the lanes in lovely sunshine. I had been given a supermarket sourdough loaf and had a slice for breakfast. I was very disappointed and cannot see how it can be described as sourdough. It had no tang or texture and was really just a different shaped white loaf at a premium price. I therefore decided to use the rest of it for bread pudding and breadcrumbs. I had not made a bread pudding before and I was pleased how it turned out.
