Barrow load of fun.

Still blowing a gale this morning, jumpers back on for our dog walk. On our way home Mr PC suggested we should go to the garden centre so we headed out to Reighton Nurseries. We were impressed with the one way system they had implemented. So we collected a  wheel barrow and set off. First to look at the bedding plants in the  poly tunnels and then picked up a rhubarb plant, some violas and aquilegias on the way back. The plants are so reasonably priced, we returned home with a full boot.

We then went out into the garden to do some tying up and putting in extra stakes to support the taller plants. I rescued the rest of the bearded Iris and brought them indoors.

Dinner tonight Salmon in a mint cream sauce, Jersey Royals and broccoli.

It’s now 9.15 and the wind has finally dropped.
