Another hungry mouth
It was another windy day so I was not expecting to see any fledglings so I was surprised to hear the cheeps and chirps of something nearby. It was the coal tit family, there must have been at least 5 spread out throughout the garden. I took some photos through the window as did not wait to frighten them into flying incase a gust a wind caught them. Mum/ Dad was ok feeding most of them but as you can see in the extra some were not so easy.
Sat outside in the evening as the wind eased and it had warmed up although I still needed a coat.
A few rain showers but the wind has dried the garden out more than the sun would have done so had to carefully water. Luckily it looks like most plants have survived. Mike popped to the allotment to check. One of the black currant bushes has lost a branch and he had the fix the Brownies ( Robyn Lottie) head other than that all seemed ok.
