Woodland Coloniser

Whilst wildlife is being seen closer to Pickering it is interesting to see that some flowers are colonising the woods. The extra gives a clue as to the blustery conditions. This is outside a house near the castle and has lots of detritus blown into this water bowl.

We both fit in an early morning run when the wind was at its lightest. We were back home before 9am. Then after a bath and coffee tackled the laundry and vacuuming. Not surprisingly I ran out of energy by the afternoon! So after a very breezy dog walk little else was achieved.
