Very silly!

I already need more fridge space for my magnets (though I’m not adding to the collection right now!) and the odd postcard we receive through the year is usually accommodated on the side of the fridge too. Since the beginning of lockdown we have received, so far, 31 postcards, in the post, from all over the world except they were all posted by Chris’s friend in Bradford!

Sometimes we get two a day and I have to disinfect them which smudges the ink and makes them curl. I’d like to think they will stop soon, as you can see there isn’t much space left!
I know the return of writing to people is on the increase and is a good side effect of the lockdown but this is ridiculous!

Very windy today but we delivered a birthday card to a friend and said Hi to our son at the top of the village as usual so continued on to the moor edge path towards Cullingworth to complete a short circular walk. Wanted to pass the lovely cottages at the bottom of Leech Lane as I knew the magnificent wisteria was in flower.

Fun Quiz last night - came about fourth so no shame and it was good to be in some different virtual company though there are a few of us who do them all. Pleased to say there isn’t one tonight, or singing so a completely Zoom less day!
