half birthday

You know it’s lockdown when you indulge in half a cake for a half birthday!

Gratefuls:

1. Getting my ridiculous birthday present - a scooter. I need to learn to ride it as well as Zeke or I will look like a total plum! (I recognise it’s possible I’ll look like a total plum even if riding with the finesse of a 5.5 year old;
2. Tidy house ready to try and do 24 hours of rest from devices and drudgery.... lockdown is surely the time to master the art of sabbath rest?
3. Treasure - our mate Trevor who brought me round my cake tin filled with chocolates.
