We Await

We awoke, and got up, at 6.00 a.m.  We thought we were floating.  We’d never seen such water in front of the house, large pools in the garden, on the grass, in fact everywhere.  We could not even see Flotta.  After breakfast (wearing a Mae West) there was a miraculous recovery and every sunbeam had our postcode on it (the same as my inside leg).  So mid-morning the sky was the blue of (Na, Ca)8Al6Si6O24(SSO)4.  or even bluer, like our budgie Joey used to be circa 1963 – I buried him in a tobacco tin, even though he’d shown no predilection for Old Holborn.

Technology is fairly helping many folk in lockdown.  And so it proved with a live tagging event from airts and pairts of Edinburgh.

Another Friday is slowly slipping away; we await our wet and windy weekend.
