Brown Argus

I went for a late afternoon trip to my favourite meadow, but it was still so hot and despite there being plenty of butterflies very few stopped long enough to pose for a shot. Luckily, just as I was about to give up this beautiful Brown Argus landed at my feet and didn't move off when I got closer to get a better shot.

Meadows full of birdsong and butterflies so calming to my soul.
